Heesen delivers the first yacht of 2024: YN 20255, now named Iris Blue

Heesen is delighted to announce the delivery of the first yacht of the restyled 55-metre series following intensive tests in the North Sea. During the three-day sea trials, Iris Blue met all the required specifications, and the tests were conducted smoothly and according to plans. During the second day of trials, the yacht was tested in rough sea conditions, with waves up to 1.7 metres from north to northwest and westerly to north-westerly winds with gusts up to 28 knots.

Project 406 builds up to the climax

The ground-breaking big fisher, Royal Huisman's Project 406, is in transit from the shipyard's inland new-build facilities in Vollenhove, gearing up for the anticipated final stage – her launch in Amsterdam. The powerful hull of this unique vessel measures 52m / 171ft overall and her towering profile accommodates six decks. These remarkable features not only make her the largest, but also the most luxurious and individual true sportfish yacht in the world: the ultimate expression of personal freedom.

PT. Jhonlin Marine Trans and IHC Dredging sign contract for Beagle® 4 and Beaver® 65

Jhonlin Marine Trans has invested in a Beagle® and a Beaver® 65 from IHC Dredging. Jhonlin Marine Trans is the marine subsidiary of Jhonlin Group, one of the largest companies in Indonesia under the ownership of Mr. Samsudin Andi Arsyad. Van Wijngaarden Marine Services names and delivers Damen Multi Cat 3713 Waddenstroom in ceremony

On 16 November, Van Wijngaarden Marine Services (VWMS) held a naming ceremony for the latest vessel in its fleet, a Damen Multi Cat (MuC) 3713 named Waddenstroom. The 37-metre, DP2 vessel, delivered by Damen Shipyards Hardinxveld, is the largest MuC in the Damen range. The vessel features a series of innovations to ensure its suitability to support the offshore renewable energy sector.

Official opening of NYK-Line's Full Mission Bridge Simulator in Akita advances Offshore Wind Training Centre

Huisman to deliver 500mt Offshore Mast Crane for Subsea7
