During the event, we will give you a clear and practical insight into how arbitration works and why maritime and offshore companies often prefer it over going to a national court.
In addition, we will take you through European sanctions law, with special attention to the Russia sanctions. In the maritime sector, where international transport, shipping, and logistics are part of daily practice, sanctions law poses direct risks.
